We are pleased to introduce Richard Eastham our new maritime specialist.  A Master Mariner and specialist surveyor with 39 years in the maritime industry. Extensive experience of maritime legislation and its application to the operation of IMO, flag states, large shipping companies, ports and harbours. Creator of Regs4ships – a globally recognised maritime legislative database. He is an expert in safety management systems, auditor and inspector.

 

Specialties: Marine surveyor and solver of marine operational problems involving safety and environmental legislation.
